| Token can accurately promote our merchant partners to the correct common interest group, for example as a restaurant we can get your outlet front of mind to that large corporate up the road from you and drive them to your restaurant at lunch break, instead of your competitors outlet getting all that business. | How does the merchant partner get promoted? |
| |
| We market our merchant partners using direct marketing to subscription based common interest groups that request information and promotions from Token. Promotions are sent via email, online, print publications and mobile communications. Click on our “tour section” for more info and examples. |

| Do I need to be part of a major retail chain or franchise to become a merchant partner? |
| |
| Simply put....no! RetailConnect links our merchant partners with common interest groups on a national level as well a local level. This is what makes the RetailConnect program so valuable to our merchant partners. |

| What if I can’t accept cards as payment? |
| |
| No problem the Retail Connect program requires that we provide added value to our common interest groups. This can be done by using a coupon, discount voucher, gift card or cash back on swipe of card. See the “requirements” tab for more info. |

| What’s the fee for advertising to these common interest groups? |
| |
| Absolutely nothing! Token is confident in our product and we have a” no money for you no money for me business model”. So there is absolutely no risk for our merchant partners. |

| So how does Token make money? |
| |
| Token specialises in providing added value to our common interest groups and the members in these groups pay us a subscription fee for these services. |

| How can I be sure my brand will be protected? |
| |
| Token understands how sensitive your brand is to you in the eyes of the consumer. Because of this understanding Token currently promotes over 800 brands, so you can be comfortable becoming a merchant partner with Token. |

| How do I become a merchant partner? |
| |

| How do I submit my deals and promotions? |
| |
| First you will need to register with RetailConnect and become a merchant partner. Once you are approved as a merchant partner Token will forward you Offer documents to submit back to Token either by fax or email whenever you have a deal or promotion available. This will be approved by Token prior to it being released and marketed to our common interest groups. |

| How does your exclusivity work? |
| |
| Merchant partners can have exclusivity based against our common interest group, so as an example “Pete’s Steak House” will be the only Steak House type restaurant in the Sandton area to be promoted in our 2 for 1 dinning common interest group. |

| How do I know they aren’t my customers already? |
| |
| RetailConnect doesn’t use a shotgun public marketing approach to everyone out there and hope that someone will spend at your store. Instead we promote your outlet to that major corporate with over 10K employees just up the road from you but instead of them going to your competitions restaurant for lunch, now you have a way using Retail Connect to drive them into your store. |

| How does the cash back work? |
| |
| When a person purchases at your store, which is a member of a common interest group that your retail outlet has offered a cash back to, the person swiping will receive a cash back from your store at the end of the month. Token will send you a recon of swipes at your store with a total Rand amount owing in cash back. This amount is paid over to Token and then reimbursed to the individual back on their card. For example if you offer a 10% cash back and we have ten people swipe at your store each spending R10, then we will have a total spent of R100.00. The cash back of 10% on this R100 is owed to Token totalling at R10. This R10 is then reimbursed to the individuals at R1.00 each by Token. |

| Do I need new equipment to be able to issue cash backs? |
| |
| Not at all.... you will use your existing equipment. Token will know when someone swipes at your store as we will have your merchant number on record and be able to pick up when one of our members of the common interest group has swiped their card at your store. |
